  • Yes, cats and dogs are welcome at Town Center! All pets must be current on vaccinations and licensed with the city. Maximum of two (2) pets per home and all dogs must come in for prior approval .

    Pet Fees:

    • $250 non-refundable one-time cat fee ($300 for two cats)

    • $350 non-refundable one-time dog fee ($400 for two dogs)

    • $50/month pet rent

  • One-time Fees:

    • $50 Application fee, per adult

    • $1000 Security Deposit

    • $300 Administrative Fee – Due at Move In

      Renters Insurance or Liability to Landlord Coverage required.

    Recurring Fees:

    • Heat: paid by resident through CenterPoint Energy

    • Electric: paid by resident through Xcel Energy

    • Water/Sewer: paid by resident through Joint Powers Water Board

    • Trash: paid by resident through a hauler of your choice:

    • Internet/Cable/Phone (optional): paid by resident through Xfinity or Century Link.

      • Please note that we do not allow any Satellite Dishes in our community.   

    Pet Fees:

    Cats and Dogs are welcome, maximum of two pets per apartment

    • Cats: $250* Non-refundable fee + $35 Monthly Pet Rent

    • Dogs: $350* Non-refundable fee + $50 Monthly Pet Rent

      • All dogs must come in for prior approval

    * Second Pet $50 Non-refundable fee

  • Yes, all homes have a 2-car garage.

  • Lawn care and snow plowing is included with your rent. No mow, no snow!

    • All residents above 18 must apply, application fee is $50/each (this covers credit and background check)

    • Credit score of 600 or higher

    • Security Deposit is $1000

    • Income requirement is 2.5x rent amount, plus 2 recent paystubs

  • No — our townhomes are 2-level homes. Each residence features two floors of living space, giving you the layout and feel of a true home rather than a flat apartment.

    Our community is a great match for people who enjoy having distinct spaces for living and sleeping, value privacy between floors, and are comfortable with stairs as part of daily life.
